BASPCAN reserve the right to change this website including prices and terms and conditions without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to conferences, cancel bookings or refuse membership,
Use of the BASPCAN website constitutes acceptance of the Association’s Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future BASPCAN mailings and information. If you do not wish to receive these, please leave the “receive information” box unchecked during the application or booking process online. You may also opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us.
All our financial transactions are handled by Cardsave’s secure server. Please note that when making a payment online your financial details are NEVER stored or seen by us.
We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties in accordance with Data Protection..
Booking a Conference
To secure your booking, full payment of the cost or a request for an invoice is required. Confirmation will be sent when the booking is received.
If the full amount is not paid by the due date BASPCAN reserve the right to cancel the booking.
When a booking is being made on behalf of a third party, the individual making the booking is responsible for disseminating to that third party all relevant information sent by us in connection with the booking. This includes these Terms and Conditions.
BASPCAN reserve the right to make changes to the advertised programme.

Membership
To commence membership of BASPCAN, full payment of the cost of membership is required. Confirmation of membership will be sent when payment is received.
A person applying, where they are applying on behalf of a third party is responsible for disseminating the appropriate information to those persons.
When applying to join BASPCAN as part of a national or branch conference at a reduced fee the completion of the direct debit form is mandatory for future renewals.
Payment
Payment is taken via Cardsave. Cardsave accept card payments from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard SecureCode, JCB, American Express and Solo (correct at 21/10/10). Cardsave may change these at any time without notice. Please visit the Cardsave website for an up-to-date list.
Amendment to a booking
Please let BASPCAN know any amendment to the booking as soon as possible. Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying the National Office. Please note that substitutions using an individual membership could affect the fee payable.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing or by email. This must be received 10 working days prior to the event and an adminstration fee
of £30 is payable. Cancellations made inside the 10 day period will incur the full fee of the conference place.
In the event that BASPCAN should need to cancel a conference we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid to us.
Customer Complaints
BASPCAN take all complaints very seriously. Please put your concerns in writing and these will be passed to the appropriate person within the Association. A response will be made within 14 days.
