Sponsorship and Exhibitors: an invitation

As convenors of the BASPCAN 10th International Congress, we would like to extend a warm invitation to you to join us as an exhibitor or sponsor.  This major international congress will bring together practitioners, survivors of abuse, researchers, trainers and policy makers to learn from each other, reflect and consider how we can improve services to support families and protect children and young people. The congress is being held at the University of Warwick from the 8th to the 11th April 2018. We are expecting over 800 delegates from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe and overseas.

As partners with BASPCAN, you will have the opportunity to engage with congress participants, showcasing your work, and contributing to the good work and progress that is being made in protecting children and supporting families.

Exhibitors will have a prominent place in congress, with all refreshments being served in the spacious exhibition hall in the main congress venue and with time built into the programme for participants to network and browse the exhibition stands.

So we invite you to consider how you might want to engage with the congress and look forward to seeing you in Warwick in 2018.

Sponsorship Opportunities

By taking up one of our sponsorship opportunities you will be aligning yourself with the values embedded within the congress: values of respect for children and families and a recognition that all children have a right to a safe, happy and fulfilling childhood.

You will receive extensive recognition for your contribution with opportunities to highlight your organisation and the work that you do.

We offer two sponsorship packages, both of which will ensure sponsor recognition in the Congress programme, website and app, along with an advertisement in the Congress programme and an optional complimentary stand in the exhibition hall.

Our Gold sponsors will receive particular recognition in the opening and closing ceremonies and will be recognised as the sponsor for one of the many scientific and social events taking place during the Congress.
